Don’t Tip the Scales
Within the college I lecture in there’s two full-time Biology lecturers that provide the Anatomy and Health type units on various courses. It sometimes happens that the class I educate twelve months is going to be using the other Biology lecturer the year after and that is if this becomes interesting. Based on my friend, she reckons that happening the depth of understanding of my students on various Physiological concepts I have to love the topic of Homeostasis.
Homeo that which you say?
It is a word which means the total amount from the Internal atmosphere. Our Internal body atmosphere needs to remain constant for all of us to operate correctly and thus we’ve various mechanisms within us to help keep getting it normal again once the scales are loaded one way or any other. When these processes are not equipped normal again we become sick. As I discuss this subject within my Anatomy classes I personally use it to exhibit a parallel within our mental condition too.
Much like whenever we begin to ride a motorcycle we wobble from left to right looking to get our balance. Once we move left side we correct it so that as we move right we all do exactly the same. With this feelings we change from negative to positive,always attempting to maintain that happy balance within our lives.
Lots of focus today is by ourselves self empowerment they are driving us to obtain the essence of the happiness. We subscribe to the idea to be positive constantly. In reality being positive constantly is tipping the scales one way only and as positive constantly this means we’ve become desensitized to what’s around us.
There are lots of individuals who exude negative energy due to their lifestyle, their buddies as well as their thinking habits. They may be delivering out this energy constantly or area of the time. Being around these folks could make us sick so when you have lots of positive energy you don’t realize you’re absorbing this negative energy naturally constantly.
So how can we bare this mental balance then.
In my opinion the key to maintaining this balance isn’t to get desensitized but to understand how to release this negative energy and produce the scales back to line.
